Insurance Arrangements reporting provides the user with access to insurance notification data submitted to Seacare.

This report provides a list of current (issued prior to current date, but not yet expired) policies, as provided through the Lodging Insurance Arrangements system. It can be used as confirmation of successful notification and as a guide to identifying if all policies have been reported to Seacare.
This report provides a list of all policies, as provided through the Lodging Insurance Arrangements system, whose date of notification falls within a specified period. A date period is required which may represent any period from a single day to a number of years. This allows the user to produce a history of notifications made to Seacare.
This report provides a status report on employer compliance with insurance arrangements reporting under the Seafarers Act.
