Survey Information



Survey Information reporting provides the user with access to information submitted in previous and current survey periods.


Reports

The following reports are provided:

Detail for each report follows.

1. Employee Numbers by Employer - Seafarers Act

This report displays data as entered in the Employee Numbers section of the Employee Survey. It can be run for a single period representing either the current reporting period or a previous reporting period. This can be used as confirmation of data supplied to Seacare and as a guide when providing subsequent survey information.

2. Employee Totals by Fin Year and Employer - Seafarers Act

This report displays an aggregation of Employee Survey data. It can be run for 1 or more financial years and shows employee totals for each reporting period within each of the selected financial years. This can be used to identify trends in employee numbers between 6 month periods and across a number of years.

3. FTE Totals by Fin Year and Employer - Seafarers Act

This report displays an aggregation of Employee Survey data. It can be run for 1 or more financial years and shows employee FTE (as defined under the Seafarers Act) totals for each reporting period within each of the selected financial years. This can be used to identify trends in Seafarers Act FTE numbers between 6 month periods and across a number of years.

4. Hours worked by Fin Year and Employer - Seafarers Act

This report displays an aggregation of Employee Survey data. It can be run for 1 or more financial years and shows hours worked (as defined under the Seafarers Act) totals for each reporting period within each of the selected financial years. This can be used to identify trends in Seafarers Act hours worked numbers between 6 month periods and across a number of years.

5. Employee Age Range and Occupation - Seafarers Act

This report displays an aggregation of Employee Survey data. It can be run for 1 or more financial years and shows employees by age range and occupation totals for each the selected financial years. This can be used to identify trends in employee age and occupation numbers across a number of years.

6. FTE Totals by Fin Year and Employer - OHS(MI) Act

This report displays an aggregation of Employee Survey data. It can be run for 1 or more financial years and shows employee FTE (as defined under the OHS(MI) Act) totals for each reporting period within each of the selected financial years. This can be used to identify trends in OHS(MI) Act FTE numbers between 6 month periods and across a number of years.

This report displays an aggregation of Employee Survey data. 8. Ship List - Seafarers Act

This report displays data as entered in the Ship Survey. It can be run for a single period representing either the current reporting period or a previous reporting period, and displays information for ships identified as covered by the Seafarers Act in the period. This can be used as confirmation of data supplied to Seacare and as a guide when providing subsequent survey information.

9. Ship List - OHS(MI) Act

This report displays data as entered in the Ship Survey. It can be run for a single period representing either the current reporting period or a previous reporting period, and displays information for ships identified as covered by the OHS(MI) Act in the period. This can be used as confirmation of data supplied to Seacare and as a guide when providing subsequent survey information.

11. Employee Numbers by Employer - Seafarers Act (Pre 2012)

This report displays data as entered in the Employee Numbers section of the Employee Survey. It can be run for a single period representing either the current reporting period or a previous reporting period. This can be used as confirmation of data supplied to Seacare and as a guide when providing subsequent survey information. This report shows older categories of employees and should only be run for periods prior to 2012.

12. Employee Occupation - Seafarers Act (Pre 2012)

This report displays an aggregation of Employee Survey data. It can be run for 1 or more financial years and shows employees by occupation totals for each the selected financial years. This can be used to identify trends in employee occupation numbers across a number of years. This report shows older categories of employees and should only be run for periods prior to 2012.

13. Employee Age Range - Seafarers Act (Pre 2012)

This report displays an aggregation of Employee Survey data. It can be run for 1 or more financial years and shows employees by age range totals for each the selected financial years. This can be used to identify trends in employee age range numbers across a number of years. This report shows older categories of employees and should only be run for periods prior to 2012.
